Hello! My name is Rebecca and I'm an experienced tutor with a mathematical physics PhD. Within the last year, I have completed over 1000 tutoring sessions in both physics and mathematics helping many GCSE and A-level students achieve the best possible grades. I believe all students can learn to love mathematics and physics, so while my sessions focus on teaching content and exam preparation, I also give time to helping students really understand concepts and increase their desire to learn. Hi, I’m Maite! I’m a native German speaker and teach German at all levels — Primary, GCSE, and A-Level. Besides German and English, I also speak French and Spanish. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a minor in Educational Science, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural learning, communication, and how to make complex ideas accessible. During my time at university, I spent over three years tutoring children of different ages, working in a programme led by the German federal government to support children from migrant and refugee backgrounds in their school learning. Hello! I am currently studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Bath. My main pastimes include hiking/camping, going to the gym, and running, so I do hope that I can relate to many of you!
