I’m Mahima, a second-year medical student at Aston University. I’m a friendly, patient and motivated person who really enjoys helping others learn and become more confident in themselves. I’ve always enjoyed Chemistry and Maths, and through tutoring my siblings and supporting friends during their A Levels, I’ve developed a real passion for teaching. Chemistry and Maths were my strongest subjects, and I particularly enjoyed understanding complex concepts and applying them to exam-style questions rather than simply memorising information. During Year 12, I also took part in the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge, where I achieved a Bronze award. This allowed me to explore Chemistry beyond the A Level specification and develop my problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. I am now studying Medicine at Aston University.
