Hi, I’m Caleb Jackson, a passionate and committed math teacher who enjoys guiding students through the fascinating world of mathematics. I aim to make math lessons engaging and meaningful by using interactive methods, practical real-life examples, and thoughtful problem-solving activities that help students grow in confidence and curiosity. I believe that when students feel comfortable and motivated, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, which helps sharpen my thinking skills and keeps my mind active and creative. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mindanao State University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Physics at the University of San Carlos in Cebu, which further strengthens my ability to connect mathematical theories with practical and real-world applications. My academic training allows me to design clear, engaging lessons, adapt to different learning styles, and support students in building confidence and achieving their academic goals.

My name is Gemma and I am an English and Drama Graduate from Exeter University, 2:1 with a Creative Writing Dissertation. I have aspirations in teaching at Secondary School level and classroom and mentoring experience. I have worked for a year post graduation as a Sabbatical Officer in the Students Union. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing poetry and performing. I achieved 1x 7, 2x 8, 2x A* and 7x 9 in my GCSE's and 3x A at A level in English, Drama and Philosophy and Ethics. I took a gap year working, and volunteered in my school supporting extracurricular drama, and I have since returned 3x with paid opportunities, 2x teaching in music and drama. I went to Exeter University and studied English and Drama acheiving a 2:1 and departmental commendation for contributing to the life of the department. During my time at University I took on leadership and mentoring roles in extracurricular and this led me to my current position as a Sabbatical Officer advocating for Students in the University.

I’m a first-year Business student at Nottingham and an International Baccalaureate graduate, offering friendly and reliable tutoring. I understand exam pressure and workload, and I help students build confidence, clear understanding, and strong study habits. Alongside academics, I’ve represented Scotland at U21 netball, so I bring discipline, motivation, and a positive attitude to every session. I studied at Wellington College, where I achieved strong GCSE results with grades 7–9 across my subjects and took on a demanding academic and co‑curricular workload. I then completed the International Baccalaureate, scoring 39 points, including high marks in my higher‑level subjects. Hi! I’m Laureen Caitlin, a passionate Math tutor dedicated to helping students aged 11–18 build confidence and actually enjoy problem-solving. Math doesn’t have to be scary, and I’m here to prove that! I love breaking down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand steps, making every lesson feel achievable and even fun. Seeing students go from “I don’t get it” to “I got it!” is what I love most about teaching. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy singing and exploring new hobbies which helps me bring positive energy and creativity into my lessons. I hold a Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics from Far Eastern University and a PhD in Educational Leadership from Universidad de Dagupan.
