I believe that though hard work you can achieve anything you put your mind too! I am currently studying a Biomedical Engineering degree, but having only recently left secondary education I hope that I will be able to support and guide students towards their goals. I offer Biology, Physics and Maths. I studied my GCSEs and A-levels at my local secondary school, I received 4 As at A-level (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). I have always enjoyed science and Maths hence why I decided to study Biomedical Engineering at the Univeristy of Sheffield.

Hello. I'm Debs, nice to meet you. I tutor a range of subjects, all based on experience of teaching within school, college and less tradiitional settings. I love tutoring one to one as that is the best way to give the student exactly what they need. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 In 2023 I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question! A junior Finance manager in the NHS.Previously a primary class teacher. I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 8 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Experience of tutoring online and in person therefore able to adapt to students learning. Achieved A*-A’s in GCses for maths and triple science . Continued with maths and science into A-levels. Also studied further maths at GCses and also able to teach it . I like to teach in a fun and relaxed environment focusing on giving assignments each week to confirm understanding of the session. I also go through past exam questions as part of my tutoring session to start preparing students to answer questions in a certain manner from day one so they can utilize the maximum number of marks. I hold an MPharm degree with Upper Second Class Honours from Kingston University, where my research on nanoparticle formulation was published and accepted by the American Association of Scientists. I subsequently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy with Healthcare and Leadership at the University of Exeter, achieving a Distinction, and a Postgraduate qualification in Technical Services and Quality Assurance at the University of Manchester, also with Distinction. Most recently, I completed an Independent Prescribing qualification at the University of Leicester, specialising in the management of adult asthma.
