Hello, I am a stop motion animator and aspiring filmmaker based in Scotland. Stop motion has allowed me to focus on my passion for storytelling and combines my love of literature, theatre and art. I absolutely adore stories: reading them, watching them, and capturing them myself. I am dyslexic and it has taken me time to develop all of the studying tips and tricks that I now have the privilege to share with others. I’m also a keen gardener, baker and painter. I have a first class joint honours Master of Arts in English literature and Film & Visual Culture from the University of Aberdeen. I was given the Seafield medal for English and the Film 23’ prize for my dissertation. I also studied Geology, Geography and Ecology as elective subjects at university. I also recently completed the Aardman Academy animation courses SM1 and SM2. I did GCSE’s and IGCSE’s followed by the International Baccalaureate at St Leonard’s High School and attended the Royal Conservatoire Juniors Production program alongside. My main subjects at IB level were English, Environmental Systems and Societies, Maths, Italian, art and theatre.

I hold a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong foundation in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. With experience in tutoring both school and university students, I focus on strengthening conceptual understanding and exam techniques. My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s learning style to help them excel confidently. I have pursued my education entirely within the British curriculum, starting with my GCE O Levels and A Levels. I completed my O Levels with a strong focus on science subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, followed by A Levels in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics. These qualifications have provided me with a solid foundation in analytical thinking and scientific problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Throughout my academic journey, Physics has remained a core subject, both in theoretical and applied forms, including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and control systems. In addition to my formal education, I have gained tutoring experience in Physics, focusing on helping students understand fundamental concepts, improve problem-solving techniques, and prepare effectively for exams. My specializations include classical mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, and applied physics in engineering contexts. I am passionate about breaking down complex topics into digestible lessons and supporting students in building both competence and confidence in Physics.

Hi! I'm Michael, I am a second year medical student and a Biomedical Sciences graduate. I have previously tutored for Year 1-11. I provide person-centered support in Maths and Sciences focusing on boosting confidence and academic results. Beyond traditional tutoring, my background is a Medical Exam Assistant at Brighton and Sussex Medical School University of Sussex (Sep 2020 – Jul 2023): I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. This degree provided me with an in-depth understanding of biological systems and medical research, which I now apply when tutoring complex scientific concepts Harris Academy Battersea (Sep 2018 – Aug 2020): I completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. These subjects formed the core of my technical expertise and paved the way for my university studies. Harris Aspire Academy (Sep 2017 – Aug 2018): I achieved 9 GCSEs with grades ranging from 8 to 6. I have a solid educational background, which has provided me with valuable insights and knowledge. Alongside my academic achievements, I’m also dedicated to fitness and regularly attend the gym to maintain both my physical and mental well-being. I believe that self-improvement extends beyond the gym – it’s about empowering others to enhance their lives, whether through motivation, guidance, or simply offering a supportive hand when needed. I have a strong academic foundation, holding a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, this has not only provided me with in-depth knowledge of design, Mathematics, and creative problem-solving, but also a deep appreciation for the intersection of Art, English, Science, and functionality. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a passion for education and a love for helping others reach their potential.
