Hello! My name is Ruth, and I am a dedicated tutor with over five years of teaching and tutoring experience. What started as a hobby while I was at university has grown into a genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, and I aim to adapt my approach to suit each individual's needs. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop their understanding, and achieve their academic goals. Currently I am a teacher of Mathematics for secondary education, and I am also teaching adults as part of their CPD. When I am teaching, I use creative and critical thinking techniques to help my students to acquire in-depth understanding of fundamental concepts of mathematics. Part of my teaching consists of games, quizzes and other creative and fun activities that aim to make teaching and learning easier and more enjoyable.
