Hi, I'm Neha, a medical student at King's College London with a strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. My tutoring style is patient, supportive and structured. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps, helping students understand the logic behind what they are learning rather than relying on memorisation. I achieved A* grades in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics at A Level, and Grade 9s in all 10 GCSE subjects, including Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Computer Science. My academic achievements include Bronze awards in both the UK Biology Olympiad and UK Chemistry Olympiad (2024), Gold awards in the UKMT Mathematics Challenge (2019–2021) and a High Merit in Grade 6 LAMDA Public Speaking (2024). I was also the winner of the Behavioural Sciences category at my school Science Fair. Through my studies, I have developed strong subject knowledge, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. I am an experienced mathematics tutor with a strong background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol. Over the past five years, I have successfully delivered tailored, one-to-one tutoring sessions for students of all abilities, including those with dyslexia and ADHD. My approach focuses on diagnostic assessment, breaking down complex topics into clear steps, and building automated tracking to measure progress. Dedicated to making maths engaging and accessible, I love helping students build long-term confidence and achieve their full potential. I hold a 2:1 master's degree (MEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol, where I specialised in Communications and Coding. This rigorous program provided me with a strong mathematical foundation across signal processing and data transmission. Prior to university, I excelled in my A Levels, achieving straight A grades in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and was named Physicist of the Year by Imperial College London. I have just started university and I am eager to help my students in a supportive way with a dynamic based on mutual respect. Outside of my studies I love to watch football, go on hikes in the South Downs and read the financial times, as I am of course interested in any developments in markets. I went to Sackville School, East Grinstead and completed 12 GCSE's and one level 2 certificate in Further Maths, all at grade 7 and above. I then progressed to my A-Levels, achieving A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. During my time I also gained a Gold Certificate in the Senior Maths Challenge and participated in the Senior Maths Kangaroo, whilst also participating in the FCDO Next generation Economics essay competition.
