Hi! I am a 2nd Year Biomedical Science student who is looking to help students in secondary school. I have been tutoring for 4 months and have helped students gain confidence leading to amazing outcomes. As someone who went from a Grade 2 to a Grade 8 in Chemistry I personally understand what it feels like to struggle and have mastered the right revision techniques and discipline to work hard needed to improve quickly. I attended DeLisle Catholic College from Year 7 until Year 10 which is when my family moved to London and I started going to Loxford School of Science and Technology from Year 11. Most of my subjects exam boards changed meaning I had to teach myself the Year 10 content as well as the Year 11 content in one year. Despite this I was able to achieve an 8 in Physics, 8 in Chemistry, 7 in Biology, 7 in Maths, 7 in French, 7 in RE, 7 in English Language, 6 in English Literature and 6 in Media Studies. I stayed at Loxford for sixth form as well where I studied A Level Chemistry, Biology and RE where I got C,C,D. I have just finished my first year at LSBU studying Biomedical Science in which I achieved a first in every module. I have been tutoring for 4 months in person and have received only positive reviews. I have also been reading with students at a Primary School for 6 months to help them prepare for SATS.

I am passionate about teaching Maths because I enjoy helping students see that Maths is not something that is impossible but with help even the most complex topics can be broken down simply. It is especially nice when students come back to you with better results more confidence and a big smile. I can teach Mathematics for A-Levels and below. Big fan of football, cricket (which I play competitively for a club in the Surrey Leagues), video games and recently F1 I would like to preferably tutor students in secondary school, however I am open for Primary school students as well. Hi I'm Toby, a first-year Political Economy student at King’s College London with A*s in A-level Economics and Politics and an A in Maths. I have experience tutoring GCSE Maths and A-level Economics and enjoy making difficult topics simple, building confidence and helping students achieve their goals. Outside of studying, I play hockey at a high level and enjoy keeping active, so I’m always happy to chat about sport too! I’m currently studying Political Economy at King’s College London. Before university, I attended Bromsgrove School, where I achieved grades A*A*A in my A Level subjects of Politics, Economics and Maths alongside an A in my EPQ. I also achieved strong GCSE results, achieving 9999888876 in my chosen subjects. I’ve always enjoyed academic subjects and particularly like helping others understand topics in a simple and approachable way. My specialities for tutoring are GCSE Maths and A-level Economics and Politics, particularly exam technique, breaking down difficult topics and building confidence.

I’m currently a medical student and I really like passing my knowledge to young people and helping them achieve the goals that they want. I aspire to create a safe, friendly environment for students, where they can ask me for help whenever. With a deep passion for education, I strive to instil not only knowledge but also critical thinking skills and confidence in my students. I attended Southend High School for Girls and completed my GCSEs there. For A levels,I moved to Southend High School for Boys. Currently i am a medical student at the University of Nottingham. I have about a year of tutoring experience from beforehand, and i have worked at ExploreLearning for a few months.
