Hi there! I am a third year biomedical sciences student keen on utilising my skills to help others. I love baking in my free time, which helps me wind down. It also helps that I can give cute little treats that I make to friends and family. As a current university student, I understand the challenges of balancing coursework, revision and exams and I know it can be a lot to handle. However, I reassure you that I will be there to help you through it all. I attended primary school in England. I moved to Scotland to complete my Highers where I did four Highers and graduated with a prize in Higher Chemistry. I went St Paul's RC in Dundee. Currently, I go to the University of Dundee where I am pursuing a Biomedical Sciences degree. I have received multiple excellence awards in the triple scienc...

Hassan Z.
Hi, I’m Hassan! I’m a second-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Bath with a strong academic background in Maths and Physics. I have two years of previous GCSE Maths tutoring experience, working with students from Year 7 to Year 11 across a range of abilities. I’m patient, approachable and enjoy breaking difficult topics down into clear, manageable steps. I tailor my explanations and lesson pace to each student, while using plenty of practice and exam-style questions to develop both understanding and confidence. My aim is to help students not only improve their grades, but become comfortable tackling problems independently. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath and am entering my second year. My degree has a strong focus on mathematics, physics and engineering problem-solving and I achieved 82% (first class) in my first year. At A-level, I achieved an A* in Mathematics, an A in Physics and an A in Chemistry. I also achieved grade 9s in both Mathematics and Physics at GCSE. Alongside my academic studies, I have two years of experience tutoring GCSE Mathematics to students from Year 7 to Year 11, which has helped me develop clear and adaptable ways of explaining mathematical concepts.

Outside of academics, I enjoy watching films, reading and learning new hobbies such as knitting and crocheting! I have achieved 10 GCSEs and completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science, with an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). I then studied Medical Genetics at the University of Leicester and earned a higher education certificate, and currently, I am a 4th-year medical student.
