Hello! My name is Anna Mai, and I am a passionate and dedicated tutor currently studying to become an Early Years Teacher. In addition to my current studies, I spent three years studying abroad in the ITEPS International Teacher Education for Primary Schools programme. Alongside my academic background, I have gained extensive practical experience working with children. Hi! I'm a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic tutor specialising in GCSE Biology and Chemistry, as well as A-level Biology. I achieved A*AA at A-level in these subjects and am currently studying Podiatry at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I went to Wirral Grammar School for Girls, where I achieved grade 9s in all of my GCSEs. At A Level, I studied Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, and earned A*AA. I’m currently studying Podiatry at university, a healthcare course that combines my love of science with practical, real-world applications. I enjoy how it brings together anatomy, problem-solving, and patient care in a meaningful way.

I am a university student studying Biomedical science in Nottingham. I enjoy studying Biology and chemistry. I will be tutoring Secondary biology and chemistry and also GCSE which I achieved A*s (8) in. I am passionate about studying and enjoy teaching others. I studied Biology and chemistry at Alevel as well as Maths. In GCSE I achieved A*s in both Chemistry and biology and I am currently studying Biomedical science at university, in my in my third year (out of four). I am currently achieving high marks at university and got a 1st overall last year so hoping to keep that up this year. I will be graduating in 2027 and hopefully go on to do a lot more work within Biology and chemistry. I am constantly learning new topics at university so I feel my knowledge is very good and I would have a good understanding about the biology and chemistry topics that students will query about.
