I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Financial Management and have previously studied towards a BCom in Accounting. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in business management, finance, economics, accounting, and analytical thinking. Hello! My name is Daher Salameh and I'm a mechanical engineer. I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering and currently work as an R&D engineer. I always had a passion for teaching and valued education a lot, as it's our tool to build a better future for ourselves and keep moving forward as individuals and as a society. My area of expertise in teaching is mainly Math and Physics (but also taught other subjects), and I have more than 5 years of experience in this field. Moreover, I have gained extensive experience in the AQA, Edexcel, and OCR exam boards. Throughout the years, I have learned to deliver concepts to my students in ways they have never seen before — that I believe are interesting — which encourages them to learn. I always try to present the physical significance behind every concept, the intuition behind the formulas, and the relation of everything academic to its real life counterpart. I hope you'll learn from and enjoy my lessons because I certainly enjoy giving them! I have completed a BSc in mechanical engineering in 2022, then an MSc in applied mechanics and thermal sciences in 2025. I have done extensive work in the fields of dynamics, simulation, software development, and AI. Apart from working in those fields, I like working on cars, doing calisthenics, and solving puzzles like the Rubik's cube.
Scarlett S.
Hello everyone! My name is Scarlett and I love tutoring because I have been able to help lots of students feel confident and independent over their own learning and future. I teach biology and chemistry at both KS3 and KS4 level with no preference as to which. I love to go on long runs and go out with friends when I’m not studying to become a vet. I graduated from a highly selective grammar school achieving 10 grades 8-9 (A*) for GCSE and at IB, the equivalent to 4A* at A-level. I have been a tutor for over 2 years now helping students (most of which classify as SEN) through learning difficulties and anxiety to get into dream schools, achieving their highest potential.
