Hi, I’m Caleb Jackson, a passionate and committed math teacher who enjoys guiding students through the fascinating world of mathematics. I aim to make math lessons engaging and meaningful by using interactive methods, practical real-life examples, and thoughtful problem-solving activities that help students grow in confidence and curiosity. I believe that when students feel comfortable and motivated, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, which helps sharpen my thinking skills and keeps my mind active and creative. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mindanao State University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Physics at the University of San Carlos in Cebu, which further strengthens my ability to connect mathematical theories with practical and real-world applications. My name is Harrison, I am studying electrical engineering at the University of Nottingham. I am passionate about tutoring particularly GCSE and A level Maths. My hobbies include Jiu-Jitsu where I occasionally participate in tournaments and the robotics society at the University of Nottingham working on PCB design and control systems. I am attending the University of Nottingham studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering. At A-level I studied at New College Doncaster where I achieved an A* in Maths and Further Maths, an A in physics and a Distinction* in CTECH IT. At Secondary School I achieved four 9s out of 11 total GCSEs, the 9s being in History, French, English language and Maths.
