I’m a medical student with a strong passion for education and helping others succeed academically. Over time, I’ve developed effective learning strategies and a deep understanding of biology, chemistry, maths, economics, English all of which I’m eager to share. I'm highly organised, patient and committed to making a difference with all my tutees. I attended Shree Academy, where I completed my international GCSEs and A levels, achieving exemplary grades allowing me to pursue my medical career. I am currently a fourth-year medical student striving to be the best doctor I possibly can be in order to fulfil my passion for saving lives and providing all-encompassing healthcare.

My name is Shandana Wahid. I am 18 years old and study Politics, International Studies and German at the University of Warwick. I am an experienced tutor with over 1.5 years of teaching experience in economics and politics. I have 10 GCSES, from grades 8-6, including maths, business and triple science. My experience at a grammar school enables me to use interactive, effective teaching methods to help my students improve their grades. I achieved an A* in A-Level economics, an A in A-Level Politics and a B in A-Level History. My teaching style centres on each individual student's needs, with a series of structured, goal-oriented lessons. My name is Whitman, and I am a third-year at the University of Chicago studying Astrophysics and Economics with a minor in Classics. Originally born in New York City, I grew up in London my entire life where I completed the IB Diploma. Outside of academics, I row at UChicago, play piano, and love to read. I am currently studying Astrophysics and Economics with a minor in Classics at the University of Chicago. I also completed my IB Diploma with HL Maths AA, HL Physics, HL Economics, HL History, SL English Lang. & Lit., and SL Spanish B. My specialisations include all of my HL subjects, and also Spanish as after graduating highschool I lived and worked in Argentina.

As a University of Southampton Graduate in Biology and Marine Biology, my passion for the life sciences shape both my professional and personal life. I love hiking in the countryside and SCUBA diving. Engaging with diverse ecosystems firsthand allows me to bring authentic context, enthusiasm, and practical examples to my tutoring sessions. Currently training as a teacher via the SCITT pathway, bringing up-to-date classroom experience to my tutoring. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Biology & Marine Biology from the University of Southampton, alongside A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, giving me a strong foundation across the sciences.
