I am a disciplined and motivated university student with a strong interest in analytical thinking and problem-solving. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, logical steps and helping students build confidence through understanding rather than memorisation. I value consistency, clarity, and progress, and I aim to make learning structured, approachable, and effective. I am currently studying Economics and Mathematics at university, where my studies focus on quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and real-world application of theory. Prior to university, I studied at a grammar school, developing a strong academic foundation and disciplined work ethic that I now apply both to my studies and to tutoring.

I’m Mahima, a second-year medical student at Aston University. I’m a friendly, patient and motivated person who really enjoys helping others learn and become more confident in themselves. I’ve always enjoyed Chemistry and Maths, and through tutoring my siblings and supporting friends during their A Levels, I’ve developed a real passion for teaching. Outside of studying, I enjoy doing mehndi, going on walks, visiting new cities and spending time with my family. I attended Nunnery Wood High School, where I completed my GCSEs in 2023. I achieved Grade 9s in Chemistry, Physics, Maths, English Literature, English Language, Geography, Business and Religious Studies alongside Grade 8s in Biology and French. During my time at school, I also completed six months of online medical work experience through Allied Healthcare Mentors. This gave me an insight into healthcare and helped me develop my communication, professionalism and understanding of the medical field. I then attended Worcester Sixth Form College, where I studied A Level Chemistry, Maths and Biology. I achieved A* grades in both Chemistry and Maths and an A in Biology in 2025. Chemistry and Maths were my strongest subjects, and I particularly enjoyed understanding complex concepts and applying them to exam-style questions rather than simply memorising information. During Year 12, I also took part in the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge, where I achieved a Bronze award. This allowed me to explore Chemistry beyond the A Level specification and develop my problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. I am now studying Medicine at Aston University.

Hi, I’m Jade Flynn, a friendly and passionate Math and English teacher. I love helping students learn with confidence and enjoy. I make my lessons fun and easy to understand by using real-life examples, activities, and clear explanations. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and turning simple moments into learning opportunities. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education major in Mathematics, and I am also TEFL certified. My training helped me learn how to teach clearly, manage my class well, and adjust my lessons to different learning styles. I always aim to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable, and ready to succeed.

I love to bake, cook, swim and run. Hi, my name is Dhruvi Kanadia and I am a final year dental student at the University of Birmingham! I'm really enthusiastic and I can't wait to teach you biology, chemistry and maths at GCSE. As an individual that has personally benefitted from tutoring, I understand the positive impact good tutoring has on students. I aim to develop confidence and inspire curiosity in the topics I tutor. I find interactive lessons most productive, as tutoring is 1-to-1, students can engage more and ask questions that they may have been afraid to ask in school. - As at A Level in Biology, Chemistry, Maths - 8 x Grade 9s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Geography, English literature, French, Religious Studies - 2 x Grade 8s in English Language, Business Studies
