My name is Alinah Mampiti Thakhuli, and I am a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated university student currently completing my final year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry at North-West University. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which have strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. Teaching has always been one of my greatest passions. I have gained valuable experience tutoring Mathematics and enjoy helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their academic goals. I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology. Hi, I'm Ankita. I am a 4th-year medical student with a strong interest in tutoring GCSE Biology and Chemistry. My main goal is to help students understand difficult concepts by breaking them down into simpler, clearer steps. I aim to create a supportive, engaging environment where students can ask questions comfortably. I believe being patient and making learning fun and interactive can help students achieve their best! Outside of academics, I enjoy watching films, reading and learning new hobbies such as knitting and crocheting! I have achieved 10 GCSEs and completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science, with an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). I then studied Medical Genetics at the University of Leicester and earned a higher education certificate, and currently, I am a 4th-year medical student.
