I hold an MPharm degree with Upper Second Class Honours from Kingston University, where my research on nanoparticle formulation was published and accepted by the American Association of Scientists. I subsequently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy with Healthcare and Leadership at the University of Exeter, achieving a Distinction, and a Postgraduate qualification in Technical Services and Quality Assurance at the University of Manchester, also with Distinction. Most recently, I completed an Independent Prescribing qualification at the University of Leicester, specialising in the management of adult asthma. Hi there. James here, from South Africa. I taught in London in Walthamstow for my probationary year in 1991, and then in Johannesburg and Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa for a total of 21 years. I have taught Cambridge A Level History and England and South Africa's English and History curricula. I am also a published researcher, poet, and author. I enjoy cross-country running. I like NETFLIX mystery series. I regularly get out wilderness walking and cross country swimming. Since February 2025, I tutor English and Religious Studies for GoStudent. I battled with learning difficulties at school. However, I did very well after school, because I knew that English opens doors. So, I set goals. Then I achieved a B.A (1985) and a B. Ed (1996) degree, at Wits University in Johannesburg. I did a Masters Degree in Theology (Regent College, Vancouver, B.C., 2001) and a PhD in Church History (University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2016). I believe education is a lifelong journey. We master English every day for the rest of our lives. So I'm still learning as I tutor GCSE students, A Level students, and juniors, to reach their highest goals.

Hi, I’m Kegan Cassidy, a math tutor with a background in Civil Engineering and experience in helping students improve their math skills. I enjoy making math easier to understand by breaking down challenging concepts into simple steps and using practical, real-world examples. My goal is to help students not only find the right answer but also understand the process, build confidence, and develop strong problem-solving skills. Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing the guitar and playing video games I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. My studies allowed me to apply mathematical concepts to real-world engineering problems, giving me a practical understanding of the subject. Through my tutoring experience, I have learned to explain concepts clearly and adapt my approach to different students and learning styles. I believe that with proper guidance and practice, every student can become more confident and capable in math.
