My name is Shandana Wahid. I am 18 years old and study Politics, International Studies and German at the University of Warwick. I am an experienced tutor with over 1.5 years of teaching experience in economics and politics. I have 10 GCSES, from grades 8-6, including maths, business and triple science. My experience at a grammar school enables me to use interactive, effective teaching methods to help my students improve their grades. I achieved an A* in A-Level economics, an A in A-Level Politics and a B in A-Level History. My teaching style centres on each individual student's needs, with a series of structured, goal-oriented lessons. Hi! I am a 2nd Year Biomedical Science student who is looking to help students in secondary school. I have been tutoring for 4 months and have helped students gain confidence leading to amazing outcomes. As someone who went from a Grade 2 to a Grade 8 in Chemistry I personally understand what it feels like to struggle and have mastered the right revision techniques and discipline to work hard needed to improve quickly. I attended DeLisle Catholic College from Year 7 until Year 10 which is when my family moved to London and I started going to Loxford School of Science and Technology from Year 11. Most of my subjects exam boards changed meaning I had to teach myself the Year 10 content as well as the Year 11 content in one year. Despite this I was able to achieve an 8 in Physics, 8 in Chemistry, 7 in Biology, 7 in Maths, 7 in French, 7 in RE, 7 in English Language, 6 in English Literature and 6 in Media Studies. I stayed at Loxford for sixth form as well where I studied A Level Chemistry, Biology and RE where I got C,C,D. I have just finished my first year at LSBU studying Biomedical Science in which I achieved a first in every module. I have been tutoring for 4 months in person and have received only positive reviews. I have also been reading with students at a Primary School for 6 months to help them prepare for SATS.

Hi my name is Fatima! I am a passionate and positive individual who would love to help support you in your studies. I have recently completed my A-Levels in Psychology, Sociology and Religious Studies. I love to help students understand challenging topics and build their confidence even when it becomes challenging. I believe everyone learns differently, so I will adapt my lessons to suit each student. This involves breaking down challenging topics, practising exam questions, quizzes, active recall and creating engaging revision sessions. As I’ve recently been a student myself, I understand the pressures of exams, grades and revision. I have experience in working with high school students who were choosing their A-Levels. I volunteered to help in sessions for A-Level Religious Studies and helped explain to students what this A-Level involves. I will now be a student at The Open University and I will be studying Psychology with Counselling as my Bachelors Degree. Lastly, I specialise in A-Level Psychology, Sociology and Religious Studies. Hi, I’m Siham. I have been teaching English since 2019, both online and offline. I have 2 years of classroom teaching experience at an NGO and a language centre, as well as 5 years of online teaching experience. I hold a university degree in Science and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies.
