- Presently I am a post A-Level student currently on a gap year, preparing applications to study Biochemical engineering at the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London. - I have a deep passion for mathematics, particularly how mathematical modelling and applied mathematics apply to solving real world problems. - Alongside my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry at GSK, alongside significant clinical exposure. This has given me a strong understanding of how the core concepts taught in school maths and science apply directly to cutting-edge real-world technologies. - I have a proven track record in student support, having mentored Year 7 students in mathematics. Hi! I’m Aldrin Morgan, a friendly and experienced math tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience. I help students understand math in a clear, simple, and stress-free approach, focusing on building confidence and strong problem-solving skills. I make learning engaging by using real-life applications, clear step-by-step explanations, and interactive practice. My lessons are supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s learning style, helping them improve at their own pace. My goal is to make math feel less intimidating and more achievable, while creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable by asking questions and celebrating progress. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering major in Communications (dissertation left) which gave me a strong foundation in mathematics, logic, and analytical thinking. My academic background, combined with experience in classroom management and student-centered teaching practices, supports my ability to teach complex mathematical concepts in a clear and effective manner, helping students strengthen both their understanding and confidence in math.

I have been tutoring with GoStudent for over a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a former Sunday-School teacher and volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology.
