Hello! I am currently studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Bath. My main pastimes include hiking/camping, going to the gym, and running, so I do hope that I can relate to many of you! For me, tutoring is developing a clear understanding of subject knowledge instead of regurgitation of facts; learning should be to question and to think critically rather than to memorise. With me as a tutor, you can expect to gain a deep insight into your subject and acquire the ability to excel in your exams. I attended Swanmore College Of Technology where I studied 10 GCSE's achieving 5 9's in (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Enterprise and marketing and English literature)- 4 8's ( Maths, Computer science, English language and History) 1 7 ( Further maths). In my A- levels I achieved an A* in Maths, an A in Further Maths, an A in Physics and an A* in an extended project qualification for which I did extensive research in quantum mechanics and furthered my understanding of the double slit experiment exponentially (in both the quantum and classical realm). Currently I am a first year undergraduate at the University Of Bath studying Theoretical Physics.

Hi! I'm a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Birmingham, tutoring Maths and Science across GCSE and A Level. I got an A* in Chemistry, an A in Biology and an A in Maths at A Level, so I've been where you are, staring at past papers wondering if it'll ever click. Trust me it will. What makes me different? I won't just give you the answer. I will show you how to tackle questions and understand mark schemes better than ever before. These subjects trip people up for the same reason: you need to visualise problems, follow logical steps and remember key facts, all at once whilst trying not to fall intro traps set by the exam boards. I've done informal tutoring with friends and family, and the biggest lesson I've learned is students don't need someone smarter than them but instead they need someone patient, who explains things properly, ensure that they understand, and never makes them feel silly for asking twice. A junior Finance manager in the NHS.Previously a primary class teacher. I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 8 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Experience of tutoring online and in person therefore able to adapt to students learning. Achieved A*-A’s in GCses for maths and triple science . Continued with maths and science into A-levels. Also studied further maths at GCses and also able to teach it .
