I achieved 6 A* at IGCSE in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, English, Physics and Religious Studies. I then completed A Levels in Maths, Chemistry and Biology with 3 A grades. With their exam board content, revision/practice questions, and particularly repeated past papers, I have been able to instill confidence, critical thinking, and a genuine understanding of the subject in all of my students while ensuring they enjoy the process. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering and an international teaching certificate (TESOL). I bring both academic expertise and practical teaching experience to my lessons. Having achieved top grades (A**) in GCSE Mathematics, Physics, and Biology, I understand the challenges students face and tailor my teaching to help them succeed. Hello! My name is Elyn and I am studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Liverpool as a second year undergraduate. I have been a tutor for around a year and half teaching 14-16 year olds and prepping students for their GCSEs. I have a great fondness for teaching, as education has always been a big aspect of my life. I love learning and encouraging others to learn STEM in a more intriguing way. I will be open to teaching GCSE and A level economics, maths and physics. Other facts about me is that I scrapbook, I indulge in art as a creative outlet and competed in the Industrial Cadets Gold project during Year 12. I completed my GCSEs at Cecil Jones Academy and gained 9-5s in: design & technology, Mandarin, maths, chemistry, biology, physics, business, English literature, English language, geography and religious studies. I finished my A levels at Greensward Academy and gained: A at economics, B in maths and C in physics. I am now attending the University of Liverpool studying Product Design Engineering as a first year undergraduate. During my time in sixth form I competed in the Industrial Cadets Gold Project in a group of 6 gaining the "Best Concept Design" and "Most Innovative Project" award. As part of my work experience I have been a tutor for a year and a half and did a 3 week placement for a railway electrification company. These experiences has given a lot of independence and team working skills which I hope may inspire future students.

Hallo! Ich heiße Korinna Kilián. Ich studiere Psychologie und liebe mit Menschen zusammenarbeiten. In meiner Freizeit trainiere ich gerne und mache immer etwas kreativ, wie zum Beispiel zeichnen, tanzen oder etwas basteln.:) Außerdem höre ich gerne Musik, wandere und sehe Serien & Filme. Wenn es möglich ist, verbringe ich den ganzen Tag in der Natur. Meine Lieblingsaussicht ist der Sonnenuntergang. Meine Grundschule war die Innerstädtische Grundschule. Da bin ich im deutschen Klassenzug gegangen. Danach habe ich Deutsch als Fremdsprache im Leőwey Klára Gymnasium gelernt. Dort habe ich mein Sprachdiplom gemacht. Jetzt studiere ich an der Universität in Pécs. Mein Spezialgebiet ist Mathe, in der ich erfolgreich meine Abiturprüfung abgelegt habe.
