Hi, I'm Alice! I'm currently a university student, so I know first-hand how tricky it can be when you're struggling to grasp a topic. But I also know that with the right support, you can get there and I'd love to help you on that journey! I have four years of tutoring experience, working with a wide range of age groups and abilities. I’ve also supported SEND pupils and am always ready to adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs. I achieved 3A*s in Mathematics, English Literature, and History. I also got an A in AS Further Maths. Prior to this I did my GCSEs at Rastrick High School where I obtained the following grades: Mathematics (9), Further Maths (8), English Literature (9), English Language (8), Biology (9), Chemistry (9), Physics (8), Drama (8), Art (8).

I began my academic journey at Claremont High School Academy Trust, where I achieved strong GCSE results, securing grades between 9 and 6 across all subjects. Building on this foundation, I completed A-Levels in History, Tamil, Psychology, and Religious Studies, achieving AABB. My passion for law led me to the University of Kent, where I graduated with a First-Class LLB (Hons). I have since completed a Master’s degree in Law, alongside the Legal Practice Course, and am currently working at a law firm, where I am on track to qualify as a solicitor this year. Alongside my legal training, I am also pursuing a diploma in Mridangam and currently hold Grade 7. My academic development has been complemented by extensive practical legal experience gained through internships, volunteering, and hands-on work within practice, giving me a strong understanding of both legal theory and its real-world application. With a solid academic background and current professional experience in law, I am committed to supporting students in achieving their full potential, offering clear guidance, subject expertise, and a genuine dedication to their success.

Currently I am a medical student, studying medicine abroad! I am an easy going, enthusiastic individual who enjoys problem solving and helping others to bring out the best in them. My hobbies include learning new languages, as of now I can speak 4 (Urdu/Hindi, Pashto, Dari/Persian and English), I enjoy playing chess, solving Rubix cube, playing cricket and going to the gym. I also have an interest in reading poetry and would like to start writing my own in the near future. I have completed all my GCSEs. I studied Applied science and Computer science in my sixth form. I received a 2:1 in my biomedical degree which i studied at Kingston University. Currently i am studying medicine abroad in Georgia as my second degree, and I aspire to be a cardiologist.

Hi! My name is Anushka Thomas and I am a second year Biomedical Science BSc Student at King's College London. I am specialising in Immunology and Infectious Disease and am particularly interested in drug discovery and public health. I am really passionate about studying and communicating science in a clear and engaging way! Attended Northampton High School (GDST) where I obtained 99998 in GCSE Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English language and Maths. I then went on to complete A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have completed Year 1 of my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science where I studied the following modules: Anatomy, Physiology, Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, Cell Biology and Neuroscience, Chemistry and Pharmacology. In my second year I plan to specialise in Immunology and Infectious disease where I will be studying modules such as Cancer Cell Biology, Drug Discovery and Development as well as Medical Microbiology. Having spent the last 5 years undergoing rigorous examinations, university entrances as well as having to grasp vast amounts of difficult scientific content, I believe I am well-equipped to help others in similar positions.
