But I have 3+ years of tutoring experience so I know how to help you unlock your greatest potential, by providing you with 1-2-1 tutoring, resources, practice questions and exam tips + tricks, whilst simultaneously providing a tailored learning experience best suited to you and your learning style. As a student who is also a tutor, I completely understand the school pressure, toxic environments and negativity that surrounds exams and learning, but I’m here to show you that learning is truly fun when you know what you’re doing! My past experience: - I have been tutoring chemistry and biology for 3 years, with 90% of my students achieving A/A* - Held and ran group study sessions (at school and at university!) - Student, so I know the best resources, websites, tips and tricks to help you knuckle down topics like organic chemistry I achieved all 9s in my GCSEs, and 3 A* in my A-Levels studying Chemistry, Biology and Geography. I attended the University of Nottingham, graduating July 2026 and on-track for a first class! During my time, I studied Natural Sciences for my Bachelor's Degree and Chemistry for my Master's Degree. My name is Gemma and I am an English and Drama Graduate from Exeter University, 2:1 with a Creative Writing Dissertation. I have aspirations in teaching at Secondary School level and classroom and mentoring experience. I have worked for a year post graduation as a Sabbatical Officer in the Students Union. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing poetry and performing. I achieved 1x 7, 2x 8, 2x A* and 7x 9 in my GCSE's and 3x A at A level in English, Drama and Philosophy and Ethics. I took a gap year working, and volunteered in my school supporting extracurricular drama, and I have since returned 3x with paid opportunities, 2x teaching in music and drama. I went to Exeter University and studied English and Drama acheiving a 2:1 and departmental commendation for contributing to the life of the department. During my time at University I took on leadership and mentoring roles in extracurricular and this led me to my current position as a Sabbatical Officer advocating for Students in the University.

I am currently a fourth year student studying medicine. I tailor engaging lessons to inspire understanding and confidence and I am committed to empowering students for success since five years.
