Hi, I’m Safoora, currently a third-year medical student with a strong passion for education across a range of subjects. Medicine has taught me not just the importance of hard work, but also how to communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently — skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. I tutor GCSE Biology, chemistry, combined science and psychology, as well as KS3 and KS2 Science. I understand that subjects like biology and chemistry can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable, straightforward steps tailored to how each student learns best. I’m genuinely passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding so they’re fully prepared to tackle any challenges they face in exams. I received my early education at different primary schools, which provided me with a strong academic foundation. I then completed my GCSEs and pursued A‑levels. I am now currently a third‑year medical student at the University of Nottingham, and alongside my studies I’ve gained experience tutoring students in a range of subjects, helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance.

I’m a 4th-year medical student studying abroad, with a strong academic background in A-Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, achieving A grades in all three subjects. I offer tutoring in GCSE and A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry, and I’m passionate about helping students build both their confidence and understanding of the subjects. I first gained teaching experience through mentoring students during high school, particularly in GCSE Maths and Biology. Since then, I’ve worked with a number of students over the past few years, helping them work towards their academic goals and make significant progress. Seeing students become more confident and independent in their learning is one of the most rewarding parts of tutoring for me. As someone who has been through GCSEs and A-Levels myself, I understand how overwhelming exams can feel. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them feel more confident, prepared and in control of their learning. I achieved A grades in A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry, as well as a 9 in GCSE Maths and Further Maths, an 8 in GCSE Chemistry, and a 7 in GCSE Biology. Now that I am studying Medicine at university, I have continued to develop my knowledge and understanding of Biology and Chemistry, while also maintaining a strong foundation in Maths. I therefore feel confident in my ability to explain concepts clearly and help students tackle challenging topics. However, I also believe that being a good tutor means being honest and willing to learn. If there is ever a topic or question that I am unsure about, I will take the time to research and understand it properly before explaining it to my student. This ensures that I can provide accurate, well-prepared and clear explanations rather than simply giving an answer.

When I finished that, I embarked on my educational journey, starting with a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages in the UK, in the University of Portsmouth.

Hello! My name is Daher Salameh and I'm a mechanical engineer. I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering and currently work as an R&D engineer. I always had a passion for teaching and valued education a lot, as it's our tool to build a better future for ourselves and keep moving forward as individuals and as a society. My area of expertise in teaching is mainly Math and Physics (but also taught other subjects), and I have more than 5 years of experience in this field. Moreover, I have gained extensive experience in the AQA, Edexcel, and OCR exam boards. Throughout the years, I have learned to deliver concepts to my students in ways they have never seen before — that I believe are interesting — which encourages them to learn. I always try to present the physical significance behind every concept, the intuition behind the formulas, and the relation of everything academic to its real life counterpart. I hope you'll learn from and enjoy my lessons because I certainly enjoy giving them! I have completed a BSc in mechanical engineering in 2022, then an MSc in applied mechanics and thermal sciences in 2025. I have done extensive work in the fields of dynamics, simulation, software development, and AI. Apart from working in those fields, I like working on cars, doing calisthenics, and solving puzzles like the Rubik's cube.
