Hi, I'm Samuel! I'm a Maths student at Warwick University and I specialise in making Maths accessible and achievable for all levels and offer expert help with exam revision. Having mentored GCSE students at school and taught primary school age groups, I’ve developed the ability to simplify even the most daunting topics into clear, achievable steps. ​I focus on helping GCSE and A-Level students get to grips with complex topics. I went to Northgate Sixth Form in Ipswich to study for A levels where I achieved a grade A* in both Maths and Further Maths and a grade A in both Physics and Economics. Before this, I completed my GCSEs at Northgate High School in Ipswich where I achieved grade 9 in 5 subjects (including Maths), grade 8 in 4 subjects and grade 6 in 1 subject. My strengths are in Maths and the sciences. I am also musically trained having achieved a grade 8 merit on the piano from Trinity College London, a grade 5 distinction on music theory from ABRSM and a grade 9 in Music GCSE.

Hi, I am Tutor Mega. I have 3 years of experience teaching online and over 5 years of teaching offline. My journey as a tutor started in the university, by helping my colleagues catch up with the curriculum. This passion grew and I absolutely love helping students jump hurdles that seemed like mountains in the past. I am a Pharmacist by profession and this requires a broad knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Psychology to the advanced level, as it is needed to understand, discover and produce medicines for human use. I also have a teaching certificate from the TEFL Professional Institute. I have tutored Biology, Chemistry,Psychology and Physics at GCSE and A-levels, and I have also tutored Pharmacology to medical, nursing, and pharmacy students. My goal and tutoring style is to prioritize understanding while providing strategies to answer questions properly for the maximum possible marks, therefore, helping students achieve their academic goals. My story is one of pure resilience which is what I want to impact in my students daily. I went from a struggling high school student to acing my GCSE, and finally becoming a Pharmacist, which has always been my dream. I am a clinical researcher because I love to discover new things which also fostered my love for teaching. After all, learning is a two-way process and it never stops. Aside from teaching, I love to read, I love to cook as well as I am on a journey to discover new recipes!!! I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student who takes pride in balancing strong academic performance with personal interests. My name is Gemma and I am an English and Drama Graduate from Exeter University, 2:1 with a Creative Writing Dissertation. I have aspirations in teaching at Secondary School level and classroom and mentoring experience. I have worked for a year post graduation as a Sabbatical Officer in the Students Union. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing poetry and performing. I achieved 1x 7, 2x 8, 2x A* and 7x 9 in my GCSE's and 3x A at A level in English, Drama and Philosophy and Ethics. I took a gap year working, and volunteered in my school supporting extracurricular drama, and I have since returned 3x with paid opportunities, 2x teaching in music and drama. I went to Exeter University and studied English and Drama acheiving a 2:1 and departmental commendation for contributing to the life of the department. During my time at University I took on leadership and mentoring roles in extracurricular and this led me to my current position as a Sabbatical Officer advocating for Students in the University.
