Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and an 8 in GCSE Maths, and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. A BEng Mechanical Engineering student from The University of Dundee who has taken A-level examinations before. I prefer mastery of concepts with the ability to employ knowledge to solve problems. I have experience with real-world engineering projects, as I am running an IMechE-affiliated aeronautical society where we develop autonomous drones for the UAS challenge. I have self-studied my A-levels, which comprise AS and A2-level Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. As a result of this solo endeavor, I have become very familiar with discipline and time management. It has helped me develop a growth mindset. I'm currently in my 2nd year. I have received straight A's during my first year transcript and am projected to maintain that grade. I employ this knowledge and critical thinking extensively for my real-world engineering projects, which aim to develop UAV's to be competitive at the national level.
