Hi, I’m Nushra Imtiyas a passionate and dedicated teacher of Mathematics and English, committed to helping students grow in both confidence and ability. Most importantly, I focus on building confidence step by step, celebrating progress and helping students move from “I don’t understand” to “I’ve got this.” Beyond teaching, I enjoy reading, playing netball, and jogging, which helps me stay energetic, focused, and positive in every lesson. For me, teaching is not just about academics it is about inspiring confidence, developing resilience, and helping students reach their full potential. I graduated with a degree in Software Engineering, with a strong focus on English, Mathematics, and Information Technology. This combination has given me a balanced approach to teaching, blending logical thinking with creativity. Over the past six years, I have taught and tutored students of different ages and abilities, which has helped me grow not only as a teacher but also as a supportive mentor. My academic background has strengthened my understanding of language, problem-solving, and effective communication. Through my experience, I have developed the ability to plan lessons that are clear, engaging, and well-structured, making learning feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Hi, I'm a 24 year old economics student at the university of Liverpool. I teach maths, economics, chemistry and biology. My areas of interest, outside of economics, are football and F1. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, watching movies and television. I am studying economics at the University of Liverpool. I studied chemistry (A) physics (B) and maths (A*) at A-level. As well as this I taught myself an AS level in further maths (B). I am constantly trying to improve my knowledge as well in my free time.
