Hi there! I'm Tami Okono, and I’m excited to support you on your learning journey. I’m a Business Economics graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand explanations. I’m passionate about helping students not just understand their subjects, but feel confident applying what they’ve learned in exams. My teaching style is supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual pace and learning style. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy cooking, travelling, and playing table tennis. For my A-levels, I studied Mathematics, Economics, and Psychology under the AQA and Edexcel exam boards. This gave me a solid academic foundation and a strong understanding of both numerical and essay-based subjects. I completed my IGCSEs under the Cambridge exam board, which exposed me to an internationally recognised curriculum and helped me build disciplined study habits from an early stage. I also completed part of my education in Nigeria, which has given me a broader perspective on learning and allows me to connect with students from different backgrounds and adapt to their individual needs and growth.

During the sessions, I work with my students through the agreed upon topic paying close attention to the core concepts, we go through some exam-style questions, and also learn how to frame the answers in the way examiners expect. I also share effecting studying and memory techniques to enable them to better learn and master their content. In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun! I look forward to extending this interesting mixture of fun and learning to my students and help the strike that oh-so-elusive balance between work and play so that they can become the best versions of themselves. Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. Hi, I’m Finley! I’m a Student doing a degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics at the university of Bath! I’m eager to share my passion for maths and help you along your journey wherever it may take you 😁. I love the outdoors, especially camping and hiking! I attended Christopher Whitehead Language college for both high school and sixth form, for A levels I did Maths, Further Maths and Physics. In which I achieved A*AB respectively. I am currently doing a masters degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics at the University of Bath.
