Hi, I'm Ravija and I recently graduated from the University of Southampton with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics. I want to help students reach their full potential and build confidence, whether that be through achieving a particular grade or tackling challenging topics! Initially, I attended the Northampton School for Boys for my secondary education, achieving 11 GCSEs ranging from grades 7 to 9. Then I went to sixth form at the same school and studied 4 A Levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry) and earned grades A*, A*, A, A. Finally, I graduated from the University of Southampton with an Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with Mechatronics in the summer of 2026. I have experience teaching up to A Level qualification in Physics, Maths and Further Maths.

Hi! I’m Ann — a second-year medical student who loves painting, reading, and (recently) horse riding. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things, but I also understand how tough studying can feel when you’re stuck, stressed, or unsure where to start. That’s a huge part of why I tutor — I want to make learning feel lighter, clearer, and way less overwhelming. I’m not the type of tutor who just reads off a screen or throws information at you. I like to explain things in a simple, friendly way, break topics down into small steps, and make sure you actually understand the idea, not just memorise it. Everyone learns differently, so I always adjust the pace and style to whatever works best for you. If you’re someone who loses motivation, gets anxious about exams, or feels like certain subjects just “don’t make sense,” don’t worry — I’ve been there too. We’ll work through it together until you feel confident. I’m patient, supportive, and I’ll never make you feel bad for not knowing something. That’s literally what I’m here for. I really want my students to feel comfortable, motivated, and proud of themselves. I love seeing someone go from “I don’t get this at all” to “wait… that actually makes sense now!” It’s the best part of tutoring. I achieved all A* in chemistry, biology and maths at GCSEs, and an A in biology for A-level through my time as a student I developed effective study techniques, which I use to support students in their learning. I am now a second year medical student.

I'm a second year Biomedical Science student at Queen Mary University of London with over two years of tutoring experience, mainly teaching GCSE Maths and Science. I also tutor A-Level Biology and Edexcel A-Level Maths, tailoring each lesson to suit the student's learning style and goals. I'm passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their potential in exams. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy expanding my knowledge of science and medicine, and I'm working towards a career in healthcare. My degree has strengthened my analytical, problem solving, and communication skills while reinforcing my passion for science and education. My aim is not only to help students achieve excellent grades but also to develop their independent learning skills and foster a genuine understanding of the subjects they study. Academically, I achieved excellent GCSE results, earning 10 A*-As across all subjects, including Further Mathematics, before going on to study A Levels in Biology, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Having recently completed these qualifications myself, I understand the challenges students face and the techniques needed to succeed in exams. Alongside my studies, I have over two years of tutoring experience teaching GCSE Mathematics to both Foundation and Higher tier students. Through this role, I have helped students improve their confidence, strengthen their understanding of key concepts, and achieve their academic goals.
