Hi my name is Gabriel. I am a 28 year old 11+ tutor. I love helping students prepare for their 11+ entrance exams. I have a degree in English from Rhodes University. I have a passion for teaching and for helping others grow. I have experience with helping students prepare for the GL Assessment 11+ test as well as others such as the Sutton Boys 11+ test. In 2018 I enrolled in a Bachelor of the Arts at Rhodes University in my home country of South Africa. Rhodes University has the best Humanities Faculty and the best English Department in the country and so it was a natural choice for me as I intended to study English Literature. I completed my triple major Bachelor's in English Literature, History and Philosophy in 2020.

I’m a mechanical engineering student who enjoys learning, staying active, and improving at things over time. Outside academics, I train Muay Thai and play squash, which keeps me disciplined and focused. I’m naturally curious, patient, and I like explaining ideas in a way that actually makes sense to people. I value consistency, good communication, and personal growth, both in and out of education. I try to bring a calm, supportive energy to everything I do, because people learn best when they feel comfortable and understood. I teach A-Level Maths, and GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Physics. Dixons City Academy - achieved GCSEs 999999888777 Bradford Grammar School - achieved A-Levels A*A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Design Technology and Chemistry respectively. I studied for Chemistry independently. I am currently a full-time Mechanical Engineering (MEng) student at the University of Bristol, and I intend to do a placement year in industry in my third year.

A junior Finance manager in the NHS.Previously a primary class teacher. I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 8 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Experience of tutoring online and in person therefore able to adapt to students learning. Achieved A*-A’s in GCses for maths and triple science . Continued with maths and science into A-levels. Also studied further maths at GCses and also able to teach it . Can also help with student who study Statistics GCSE. I can also aid in 11+ students as i am familiar.

Having been in such similar situations myself, I know how frustrating it can be to not yet be able to crack a certain topic, so with my patience, enthusiasm and past experience, and your dedication to want to learn, I believe I can provide you with high quality tutoring so you can ace your exams, and become more comfortable with difficult topics! My past experience: - I have been tutoring chemistry and biology for 3 years, with 90% of my students achieving A/A* - Held and ran group study sessions (at school and at university!) - Student, so I know the best resources, websites, tips and tricks to help you knuckle down topics like organic chemistry I achieved all 9s in my GCSEs, and 3 A* in my A-Levels studying Chemistry, Biology and Geography. I attended the University of Nottingham, graduating July 2026 and on-track for a first class! During my time, I studied Natural Sciences for my Bachelor's Degree and Chemistry for my Master's Degree. I specialize in Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.
