Hi, I’m Caleb Jackson, a passionate and committed math teacher who enjoys guiding students through the fascinating world of mathematics. I aim to make math lessons engaging and meaningful by using interactive methods, practical real-life examples, and thoughtful problem-solving activities that help students grow in confidence and curiosity. I believe that when students feel comfortable and motivated, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, which helps sharpen my thinking skills and keeps my mind active and creative. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mindanao State University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Physics at the University of San Carlos in Cebu, which further strengthens my ability to connect mathematical theories with practical and real-world applications. My academic training allows me to design clear, engaging lessons, adapt to different learning styles, and support students in building confidence and achieving their academic goals.

I completed my Bachelor of Education Degree in Senior and FET PHASE, majoring in Mathematics, Geography and IsiZulu Home Language with University of Pretoria. I also did my Teaching English as Foreign Language. I recently completed my Bachelor of Education Honours in Mathematics and Science Education. I’m now persuading my Master of Education in Mathematics Education with University of Pretoria. I’ve worked as an Education Assistant at Thathunyawo High School. I was teaching Mathematics grade 10, 11 & 12 Natural Sciences Grade 9. I also worked as an online teacher at International Schooling an online school based in Singapore, I was teaching Mathematics and Science Grade 7-12. I am now working as a Grade 12 Mathematical Literacy, Grade 10 Mathematics. I now attend the University of Cambridge to study English Literature. I love both English and Maths, and studied both at A Level. In English, I enjoy reading into a text and finding deeper meanings to better understand the writer’s intentions and message. In Maths, I enjoy working through difficult questions, and using my problem solving skills to reach the answer. My hobbies include reading and writing, ice skating, and anything creative. I have worked with young people previously, volunteering as a Young Leader and, more recently, a Unit Helper in Girlguiding. I was also a reading ‘Super-tutor’ in my school’s reading programme, designed to help Year 7 students boost their confidence and skill in reading, meaning I would step in to cover for any tutors who were absent when they planned to meet with their assigned tutee, and I oversaw the running of the programme as a whole. I really enjoy seeing students develop and become more confident in their own abilities as tutoring progresses, and would love the opportunity to work with you and help you to achieve success in your studies! I attended a high school in the North East for my GCSEs, achieving Grade 9s in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business, Design and Technology, French, and Geography, and Grade 8s in English Language and English Literature. I stayed at my high school to complete my A Levels in English Language, English Literature, and Maths, and achieved three Grade As. I now attend the University of Cambridge studying English Literature.

Hey there! My name is Ayeisha and I am a Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry graduate from the University of Warwick. I have experience tutoring and working in industry.
