My name is Alinah Mampiti Thakhuli, and I am a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated university student currently completing my final year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry at North-West University. I’m a passionate tutor who genuinely loves teaching and helping students grow in confidence. My lessons are fun, engaging, and educational, and I always adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s needs. Outside of tutoring, I love Pilates it keeps me focused, energised, and balanced, which I bring into my teaching as well. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology with Data Analytics, which I completed with Distinction at the University of the West of Scotland. Through this program, I developed a strong foundation in core IT principles alongside advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. My studies covered areas such as data analysis, data management, information systems, and the practical application of technology to real-world problems.

Attended Staffordshire University between 2006 and 2001. During this time I achieved a BA Hons 2.1 in Business Studies and an MSc Pass in Marketing. During this time I helped International students understand subject material who found lectures too fast paced. It was during this time that I realised 1 to 1 tuition was something I could excel at.
