Hi, I am Naomi and I am thrilled to be your online tutor. I have had the pleasure of working with students from different ages and backgrounds. I am a tutor for Mathematics and my target students are primary to secondary students. Everyone has a unique learning style, and I like to adapt my teaching approach to meet each student’s needs. I use the online interactive whiteboard for lessons which allows both parties to write, annotate or highlight on the screen. The work for every lesson is carefully designed to suit each individual's need which is identified from initial assessment and ongoing observations. I enjoy teaching because I love helping students to develop their skills and achieve their academic goals. Levels and subjects I teach: GCSE: Mathematics KS3: Mathematics 11 plus: Mathematics I graduated from Imperial College London in BSc in Chemistry with Management with First Class Honours. For A Level, I achieved A in Maths, Chemistry and Accounting and also B in Physics For GCSE, I had 9 GCSEs including 7 A in Maths, Science, Commerce, Geography, etc My academic excellence serves as a strong foundation in tutoring as I can explain concepts clearly ensuring students grasp the material effectively. Hi, my name is Sanjhu, and I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping others learn and feel more confident in themselves. I understand that studying can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I always aim to create a calm, supportive, and friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I explain topics in a clear and simple way and adapt my approach to suit different learning styles. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, going on walks, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. I’m reliable, approachable, and always motivated to support students in reaching their goals. I am currently a first-year medical student, studying at the University of Exeter. Before starting medicine, I completed A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, which gave me a strong foundation in scientific knowledge, problem-solving, and exam technique. My studies at university continue to build on these skills, particularly in understanding complex concepts, applying knowledge, and communicating clearly. Hello, I'm Sophie, a third year Undergraduate student studying Modern Languages at University. I have an enthusiasm for languages and genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I can guarantee you’ll have productive and enjoyable sessions with me. In my free time I enjoy dancing Latin dances such as Bachata and Salsa, am a white belt in Jiu-jitsu and like socialising as well as practicing my language skills. I am fluent in Russian due to my heritage, and have visited Moscow annually during the summer holidays. I have previous experience with volunteering at the Instituto Cervantes in London for a year, as well as underwent an internship for Language Teaching at a secondary school academy in London. For my third year of University, I have studied for 6 months abroad in Spain at the Auntónoma University of Madrid, specialising in the Spanish language, culture and history. Currently, I am offering tutoring in Spanish from KS3, GCSE to A levels.
