I focus on exam preparation in every lesson so the student understands what to expect in the real exams as well as dedicating sessions to tackle worded problems and showing the best techniques to solve them. My easy and friendly tutoring style allows me to adapt to the student's need on an individual basis from pupil to pupil. Lots of practice material and notes available to help build exam techniques. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Economics from the University of Warwick, achieving a 2:1. Hi! I’m Ananth, a University of Warwick student here to help you crush your exams. having recently been through the system myself, I know exactly what examiners are looking for. I achieved A*A*A*A* in my A-Levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Economics) and Grade 9s across almost all my GCSE subjects. I have extensive experience mentoring peers in school and currently teach GCSE Maths to private students. My lessons are interactive and tailored to your specific learning style. I don't just teach the content; I teach the revision habits and exam techniques that helped me succeed. Let's work together to get you the grades you deserve! I am a BSc Discrete Mathematics undergraduate at the University of Warwick with a proven track record of academic excellence, having achieved A*A*A*A* at A-Level (Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Economics) alongside eight Grade 9s and one Grade 8 at GCSE. Having navigated these rigorous exams successfully, I understand exactly what examiners look for. I focus on breaking down complex, abstract topics into clear, logical steps, ensuring my students build genuine understanding and robust exam technique rather than relying on rote memorisation. My teaching experience began by mentoring peers in Mathematics, Economics, and Physics at school, and I currently tutor private students in GCSE Mathematics. Because of my Further Mathematics background, I can explain challenging concepts from multiple angles, tailoring each lesson to the individual student’s pace and learning style. Hi, I'm Haris and I study Medicine at Leicester University, throughout school I always loved helping out any friends stuck on school work, because I found this was a great way to learn and now it's become a vital way for me to revise in med school. This is what makes me so enthusiastic about tutoring and I can see myself taking teaching roles in the future of my carrer. I can tutor GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Biology, all of which I received top grades at both GCSE and A-Level. I also provide KS2 and KS3 Maths tutoring. I'm a Chelsea fan, I enjoy Xbox/PS, the Gym, Marvel Movies, and a slight bit of rugby, over the years I’ve been able to maintain all these hobbies, even through exam periods, and I put that down to timetabling effectively which is something I’m happy to help with if needed! *Empowering Students to Reach their Potential as a Dedicated Tutor I specialise in helping students excel in GCSE and A Level Maths & Business Studies, boosting their confidence and surpassing their academic targets. With a track record of guiding students to achieve grades from C to A*, I focus on unlocking each student's potential. With nearly 10 years of experience in one-to-one tuition, I am well-versed in the latest GCSE and A Level Maths specifications across exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, IGCSE, CIE IGCSE & TMUA. *Teaching Approach* Understanding each student’s unique needs and capabilities is central to my teaching. I aim to make maths relatable by delving into the logic and structure behind the concepts, which not only aids in problem-solving but also builds confidence and independence. Many of my students achieve their predicted grades months before their final exams, often exceeding their original goals. *Philosophy & Strategy* My teaching philosophy is to be patient, to understand the students' need and learning capability to encourage them to be the best they can be. I also like to provide an understanding of how the maths works on a fundamental level by providing the knowledge on the logic and structure. This way my students are not only taught how to answer questions, but why we answer the way we do. I believe this can be highly encouraging and help build confidence in the subject overall. Attended Staffordshire University between 2006 and 2001. During this time I achieved a BA Hons 2.1 in Business Studies and an MSc Pass in Marketing. During this time I helped International students understand subject material who found lectures too fast paced. It was during this time that I realised 1 to 1 tuition was something I could excel at.

Hi, I’m Isabelle. I am an undergraduate student studying Biomedical Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick. While in Year 12, I helped students who were struggling with maths in booster sessions offered by my school. These were targeted at Year 11 students to ensure they were confident before their exams. During my A-levels I taught myself AS-level Further Maths as it was not a subject offered by my school. This helped me to discover effective methods to learn and understand content. I became Head Girl of my school and engaged in student council meetings, which allowed me to understand how we can help students more. I am patient, a great listener, and I firmly believe that anyone can become better with enough support. A-levels: 2025 Quinton House School Grade A*: Mathematics Grade A: Physics, Chemistry, and AS Further Mathematics GCSEs: 2023 Quinton House School Grade 9: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and French Grade 8: History Grade 6: English Language and English Literature I am currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Systems Engineering.
