Hello! I am a dual Australian–British national and a recent graduate with Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees. Having lived in four different countries, I understand first-hand the challenges and experiences of international students, and I bring this awareness into my tutoring through an empathetic and flexible approach. Last year, I had the opportunity to teach abroad in Switzerland, where I taught English to French, German, and Italian students learning it as a second language. This experience gave me valuable insight into the needs of ESL learners, allowing me to support students in building confidence and fluency in both written and spoken English. Education I recently completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, graduating with a Distinction and receiving the LLM Award for the highest overall grade in my cohort. I am currently studying Computer Science at Newcastle University and have always had a passion for modern languages, namely Spanish which I have studied for 10 years. I studied the language up until A Level and continued with classes into university in the evenings. Whilst in sixth form I gained invaluable tutoring experience with younger students from the adjoining school who were referred to me with the hope of improving their knowledge and understanding of Spanish.
